Voimatel Oy is dedicated to complying with laws and maintaining responsible conduct in everything we do. Our operational principles and ethical guidelines form the foundation of our responsible practices.

We have established this misconduct reporting channel (Whistleblower) in line with the EU directive. This channel allows any employee, stakeholder, or external individual to report suspected misconduct confidentially and anonymously.

You can use this channel to report serious concerns such as intentional breaches of laws or regulations, violations of ethical guidelines, bribery, or corruption.

Please note that this channel is not intended for customer complaints, service disruptions, or general HR issues.

To ensure anonymity, the service is provided through a secure platform by Webropol, compliant with the EU Whistleblower directive. You can track the processing of your report using a personal code provided by the system.

All reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with Voimatel’s processes.

How do I make an anonymous report?

You can submit a report via the link below. After registering the report, you will receive a password which you can use to login and monitor the status of your report. You’ll also be able to communicate anonymously through this tracking page.

You may be asked questions during the process, so please remember to visit the tracking page regularly as the issue progresses. The goal is to address each report within seven days of submission and to complete the processing within three months.
